Iskandar Development Icon and Landscape

Neuformation collaborated with Mecanoo of the Netherlands to participate in a competition to produce a design concept of an Icon tower and Park located within the Bandar Nusajaya Zone, a major component of Iskandar Development Region ( IDR ).

A Masterplan was conceptualised for the proposed green-field area for a development with an emphasis on an architectonic proposal, the development of a park, green and sticky spaces and purpose built buildings in a harmonious geometric configuration.

The Park will become the ICONIC landmark of the IDR, and, important social and economic issues will impact and shape the entire development to ensure sustainability.
