The development of Satyam Mahindra, Cyberjaya consists of a 9-storey Main Building and 4 ancillary buildings comprising of Auditorium, Satyam Learning Centre (SLC), Cafeteria & Club house and Utility Block.To be developed on a 14.8 acre piece of land, namely Lot PT 12122 at Persiaran Apec, Cyberjaya Flagship Zone.

The campus is a high quality working environment set in a lush landscaping, vehicular movement on the perimeter of the site and a pedestrian friendly environment in the centre.

The buildings are orientated to the North and South so as to minimise heat gain.
